Service Description

These trails are on the shorter end of our spectrum ranging from 2.5 - 4 miles so are suitable for families with children over 10 and those wanting a more chilled experience. The walk follows in Lawrence of Arabia’s footsteps through the village of Moreton, through the ford and onto the heath. We can shorten or extend this part of the walk before heading to our ancient woodland. Due to the nature of this site, we wild camp which we define as small tents, compost loos and outdoor showers! Upon arrival, we unpack your bags from the ponies and hand out the tents – we are happy to help you put them up if needed, before leaving you to retire for the evening while the ponies retire to their woodland paddock. This is a gorgeous, totally private site – we are the only people with permission to camp here, it is an idyllic way to spend a long lazy weekend in an abundance of nature. There is the option to have this 'full board' for £50pp per night. • We provide tents, fire pit, cooking equipment & grill. • Wood is freely available on site. • All of our standard trips take a maximum of 8 people – if you want it all to yourselves you can block book this trip with just 6 people or contact us for larger groups. • These trips leave at 2:00 daily until September 30th 2024 Upon booking & receipt of your deposit, we'll post you our Welcome Pack which contains more details of the route and history of the trails For this walk to be enjoyable, you must be able to walk in excess of 3 hours comfortably.
